I am having an issue connecting to my Sierra chart account from (Speedytradingservers.com) VPS. The error that I get is Sierra Chart Login Error: Timeout Error. There was no response. I have searched the board and the other people that had issues were told to check their firewall settings I have completely turned off the firewall and was able to connect once. Then I disconnected and tried to reconnect and I keep getting this error. Can you please advise as to what I can do to diagnosis the issue... The VPS is running windows server 2012r2.
