I tried it both ways and followed the instructions each time. It does not update to 1717. It remains on 1712. The installer starts and then nothing happens. No error message log since SC is stopped to initiate the installer. Basically nothing else happens after allowing changes to be made on the computer. I have not seen this issue with previous updates and have never had this problem before on this machine. Should I attempt a fresh install? UPDATE: Downloading the installer appears to work. 1717 is now running. This requires changing the file path for each version running. Thus, fast update is not functioning properly. I will verify that the stop orders are working next. UPDATE2: Can confirm stops are reaching the exchange now. UPDATE3: Stops failed to reach exchange during high volatility. I assume this is in line with BitMex inability to have a proper functioning exchange. I understand there is likely nothing SC can do about this.
