Hi,

I appreciate the assistance in this matter.

I spoke with CTS and their Tech support did see an issue relating to my account. They claimed the copy of Sierra i was using was "retail" and therefore they had to change the "permission". Not totally sure what they meant as i had athorized Sierra as a 3rd party app, however, sierra does now open and connect to CTS directly. Progress.

That said, i waited for the market to reopen and tried placing a limit order as a test and i have the following errors in the log:

My next troubleshooting step is to speak with AMP tomorrow morning as it appears the account has been "locked" due to too many failed logins.

If you have any additional advice before i speak with AMP it is appreciated, otherwise i will report back tomorrow in either case.
