Hi, I am setup with a live account with AMP for clearing and CTS T4 DTC data connection. When i open the Trade Window to begin trading i see that the section for Trade Account is showing "unset". I followed the sierra instructions (link below) regarding this issue and thus contacted AMP, however, they claim that everything is correctly inputted on their end and they referred me to you guys. ( Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) ) I would appreciate any insight into how to fix this issue. Thanks in advance, N |
