However I don't quite understand how such static things as .scid and .dly files will have an influence on this bug that appear from time to time. It should not, but we just want to make sure there is no data issue and the data is complete. We have also learned not to trust what users tell us because often we cannot. May be you can give a hint what I should send you next time I notice the same behavior? We do not think anything would really help because it is unlikely we would be able to reproduce this. In general though you can let us know the steps to reproduce. And provide an image of the chart before and after.
