Hi, I'm new to Sierra Chart and wanted to try out the software with a paper trading account. Mainly for practicing with the DOM on level 2 data and see what functionalities are available with the SC DOM. Forex and CFD's are working fine. Futures are either returning me a blank chart, symbol errors, historical data not available, Market Depth data has been rejected for symbol, subscription to this instrument has been aborted. Just about every error imaginable. I tried the following: - Running SC on Ubuntu Linux - Running SC on Windows - Demo account from AMP Futures with data feed from CQG - Demo account from Optimus Futures with a data feed from Rithmic Trading - Different Sierra Chart account - Following all the steps on Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart: 3.4 - Not Receiving Real-Time Data From Data Feed What am I missing to get this to work? |
