Hi, I did what you asked and I copy below the Log file. What is happening is this HD Request # 4 \| Error downloading historical Intraday data for F.US.EPH18. Historical data logon error: Logon rejected due to authorization failure. \| 2018-02-13 05:32:28 I have not changed anything in my server and client Data/Trade service settings and this error message started showing up. i have also attached the SierraCharts Client Data/Trade Service settings. In the image I deleted the username but I usually have the sierra username in there.
