Hello Sierra Team I have two PCs running sierra charts. One acts as a DTC server and the other PC connects to it as a DTC Sub Instance. They have been running well until I updated to current version 1697. The problem is that on the client PC, after connecting to the server and opening an existing Chartbook, the historical data download fails giving me a message in red on the charts: Download Failed I have not made any changes to the Data/Trade service settings since they were working well. I have attached a copy on the server settings Thank you for looking into this |
