One should be able to enable and disable the same Custom Button without moving one's mouse on the screen. Differences in the the size of the Button's "Enabled State" and "Disabled State" result in big differences in the button sizes. The attached screen shot shows the differences: 1st tool bar is with the Button#15 is enabled. All the visable buttons are the same large size. However the 2nd tool bar with Button#15 disabled, all the visable buttons are the same size but are much smaller than the 1st tool bar.
