while my renewal date is 1-28??

I noticed this when I tried DTC access to get historical and found out the some of the historical data are missing since last friday. Then I checked the SC usage date and it was 1-21!!
When I restart SC, now it's 1-23.
Does this mean I have to restart SC everyday??
