The IB finally agreed that the falt was on their side.

After 3rd time when I send them message from message log:
Interactive Brokers | Requesting Trade Positions snapshot and updates (IB account data updates) for account: U227* | 2018-01-16 14:50:38

They said that is not usual thing and that they will fix it.They will let me know today if they did something.


You ask me why I use them for a trading?
I was recomended by few of my friends and traders. They use SC with IB for years without complications, soo that is the reason I am trying to do the same.


I hope that it will be fixed. The actions from your side might help (the requests for trade positions).

When they solve the problem I will put all informations from theme here, soo other users could easier and faster solve the same problem in the future.
