The IB have respond me this: "You placed 3 orders at 16:36 (bracket from what I can tell), the orders got filled and canceled by 16:37 already. In this time span you have received a number of normal callbacks, that is openOrder, orderStatus, executions and commissions and that is pretty much it. SC never actually specifically requests your positions, so there were no callbacks to positions because of that (meaning we didn't send you any positions information at all). This leads me to believe SC handles the positions display somehow differently, most probably they are tracking your positions internally in their program That would explain this issue Because usually it is just recommended to once subscribe to reqPositions and then you will keep receiving position updates when the positions change" I ask what about this?
