Reading from the bottom up, look for these messages:
Interactive Brokers | Requesting Trade Positions snapshot and updates (IB account data updates) for account: U227* | 2018-01-10 19:27:46

Interactive Brokers | Received Trade Positions download end message for account U227* | 2018-01-10 19:27:46

If you see them after a connection to Interactive Brokers, then this indicates there was a request for the trade position data and there was a response from Interactive Brokers. So if you are missing Trade Position updates, then contact Interactive Brokers and make reference to these messages.
