The problem is because Interactive Brokers programmers are incompetent. Please understand this.

Do you understand what we are saying? Acknowledge that you understand what we are saying.

This discussion has gone on far too long. This is the nonsense you are dealing with, incompetency at Interactive Brokers and it is that simple.

Post this all over the Internet.

They need to take responsibility and solve the problem.

It is very sad they are putting you and us through this kind of nonsense.

Now others who may be reading this may say well why do not you Sierra Chart contact Interactive Brokers and tell about the problem. We did. More than once. They do not solve it or understand or even recognize the nonsense of their answer to us (which is actually documented our Interactive Brokers page). Further communication with them in this regard is simply a waste of our time.
