First there is no version 1684
Sorry, I posted this from my phone in the car from memory as I had to run somewhere. As you noted, it's version 1682 I installed using the other Downloader you linked to and am back up and running with my main version. Thanks -- Scott (And thank you Gomi for your suggestion also!)
