I attempt to word my posts in a non-confrontational manner and with respect. Is it too much to ask similar in reply from someone that is being compensated by the customer? All I know is somehow the symbol on my charts for energies were CL#, NG#, HO# and data updated fine until post-12.29.17. I have noticed that even attempting to enter HOH18 as symbol and choosing rollover, no data loads at all and I have data files for various HO contracts in my data directory. That symbol does not seem to be recognized no matter the month-year I choose. |
