Hi, First, I do appreciate the help. I am not arguing CME or SC. Just trying to figure this out. I do have an account with Phillip Capital. I only changed the selection to see if that would get me back to the trial. I also would be charged a data feed fee from CQG(Phillip connects through them) which I was trying to avoid, hence why I was going for a trial. That being said, I pressed activate due to the instructions I was reading on the set up. This is the part that is very confusing. What do I do from here? No trial and no data...are you stating I have to pay $35 now? If so, that takes me through the end of January, correct? Does that include any platform fee's? Please advise TY |
