Can you tell me if I am still in a trial or not? It seems that the full CME data is activated and my trial is no longer valid due to the reoccurring charges that are shown in my account. The way it is explained on the website is that the cost is 5 us dollars for 2 weeks however, then it says you must activate the exchanges you want to receive data from. Once you do this it cancels the trial. It is very confusing. please advise
