Hello, I have activated the 2 week trail for $5 and I am not getting futures data to my pc? I spoke with barchart and they told me the saw the trail active and didn't understand why I wasn't receiving the data? I temporarily disconnected it because it now says $35 recurring at the end of the month. Is there something I need to change or a setting that needs to be adjusted?
