For example, in case if I want to read only the last value, I need to read the whole array. I was hoping in reading just the actual value from the Summary Window instead of several arrays of values
This is still not making sense to us because this is so simple and straightforward. To do this, refer to:
ACSIL Programming Concepts: Using or Referencing Study/Indicator Data in an ACSIL Function

It is fine to access the whole array. You then just simply access the last element at sc.ArraySize -1 (assuming the study is from the same chart). It is all very efficient. This is what the study summary window does internally.
