I have alert sounds showing up in the Alert Manager but no audio noise is being generated. "Mute All Alert Sounds" under "Global Settings" is NOT checked. The sounds play under Windows Groove Music tool. They are .wav files. They used to work. To further muck the issue half of the instances work. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
