Hi There,
After solution was found as explained in my post of [2013-08-30 02:59:52]problem resurfaced. Contacted Transact through my broker. Transact Tech support logged remotely into my computer and did some research. Re-installed latest version of SC and maybe other files. He (Transact Tech Support) explained that there was a problem with the Transact-Sierra bridge not reading/writing the correct username/password. He the proceeded to store this information manually and since then Sierra connects to Transact but with some issues that I will like to ask you if there is a solution:

Every time that Sierra connects to Transact an icon in my PC's task trays open. This icon is for the Transact-Sierra Bridge, and a pop window opens asking "You Are Connecting To A LIVE SERVER. All orders are LIVE ORDERS. Click yes to Connect, or Click no to Disconnect". This new procedure creates an issue since my system should be connected to Transact 24 hours a day. In case there is some type of disconnection SC will not re-connect automatically as it did before.

My questions are:

1. Is this version of the Transact-Sierra Bridge (Version 1.2.1.5)different from the other versions that came with the SC installation as I never noticed that this bridge opened in my PC's task tray? Is it the way it works now or was it some special installation from Transact tech support?

2. Is there a way to re-connect automatically to Transact without having to click the pop up window as it was in every other previous SC versions? or is this only happening because of an special installation from Transact tech support?

3.Finally, on a different subject, the e-mail alerts sent by Sierra as per Global Settings>General Settings are being sent without fill price information. It shows: Fill Price:0.00, every other information on the e-mail is correct. This just happened today for the first time.

Thanks
