For now stay on version 1670. Here are the instructions to go back to that version:

Although we see you are running that version anyway.

You can disable Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Use Server Side Bracket Orders to solve this.

There will be a software update later today for the CTS order routing connection on the server to solve this. In newer versions, the quantity of the child orders is now always 0 but the server does not expect that.
