Most likely this has to do with Spreadsheets and not the Chartbooks themselves. Your Spreadsheets must contain a lot of data. You can tell if it is with spreadsheets by just going to the spreadsheet and selecting File >> Save. Try reducing the data in them: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/UsingTheSpreadsheetStudy.php#ClearingOldStudyAndOtherDataFromSpreadsheets Refer to the What is New page for the recent work on Spreadsheets: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php Also when connecting to Transact (in my case) it takes quite a long time for the connect dialog box to appear and longer to connect. Contact TransAct about this. We cannot help with that.
