Correct. I am using the 120m and 240m timeframes as you mentioned but if the session starts at 0:00:00 and end at 23:59:59 when does the first 120m bar not close at 2:00? My 240m bar closes 1 hour earlier than it should. Instead of closing at 12:00 it closes at 11:00.
