The problem is quite clear and anyone can see that:

TransAct Trading | Connected To Transact Price Server. | 2017-12-14 12:36:19 *
TransAct Trading | Gatekeeper Unreachable | 2017-12-14 12:36:39 *
TransAct Trading | Connection Lost To Transact Order Server. | 2017-12-14 12:36:39 *
It is not within the scope of our support to analyze this extremely unusual and unbelievable connection between what you did and this Gatekeeper unreachable error. TransAct would be best able to answer it. We simply cannot. Those messages come from the TransAct software which runs in a completely different address space.
