No windows update here. i have them turned off for the time being so i can more closely monitor and control the updates. I did install an update on 12/11, but I continued to have the issue after that update. And... That update was simply reinstalling the 12/3 update I tried to uninstall. I was able to uninstall parts of it, but not all of it. And the roll back did not help the situation so on the 11th i just reinstalled that 12/3 release. I did just now allow the machine to look for updates and i see the update you're referring to. i will let it install and let you know if anything happens. In any event, i'm not sure why the errors stopped, but I'm obviously happy they stopped. Thanks again for continuing to grind on this. i know it was a PITA.
