That is interesting because nothing changed in 1669 which would have resolved it. We would of thought that 1668 might have solved it.

Did either of you perform a Windows update? Maybe that resolved the problem.

Here is one such problem:

Microsoft was supposed to have released an update December 12 to resolve it.
