I was not billed by TransAct for the fees in October or November but did trade Eurex & CME with them in those months. I have made no change to any settings that would affect this so it appears something has changed either at TransAct or Sierra. Regarding post #6 they are not billing me for ICE or Index symbols. I have some charts loading historical (Daily) data with these symbols and thought that data was coming from Sierra. Will now go through the Message log and delete those charts which are using historical data from TransAct to see how that affects the situation.
