I subscribe to Sierra data and clear trades via TransAct. Provided I did not access the account on the TransAct AT platform they did not bill me the market data fees (Eurex & CME). This month they billed me 21Euro & 18$. I called them and was informed that I am currently accessing their data server (even though I have not opened the AT platform for many months) and the charges are automatically passed to them from the exchanges. Clearly these charges will not break the bank. The issue is that I have not had to pay them in previous months. All the futures symbols chart with the suffix (M) indicating the data is coming from Sierra. Currently on SCv1659, TransAct Trading is set as Service in Trade Service Settings, as has been the case for some years. TransAct Customer Support suggested I may be now picking up the charge because something has been changed within one of the recent Sierra updates. Please advise
