Sorry, both charts are the EURUSD 10-9-1 Flex Renko setting using SC tick data and using the first pulldown menu option New Trend Bar When Range Exceeded/New Reversal Bar When Reversal Bar Met. Attached are the revised screenshots of the same charts. And when I have time, I will undertake the exercise you suggested. However, even understanding the composition of the bars does not explain the unusual behavior of some of the bars as shown in the screenshots.
