It looks like you are creating this problem because you may have hidden the window but did not restore it in the proper way. There is another post from you about this.

There is no problem with the duplicate chart functionality and anybody can see that. What we are looking into is the nonstandard way in which you are restoring a hidden chart window. So once we solve that problem, it will then resolve this issue.

It looks like that more and more errors are showing up with new releases that have never been a problem.
This really is not true. When you consider the massive amount of functionality that Sierra Chart provides, a minor issue in this massive amount of functionality does not constitute this as being the case. Sometimes there can be issues with new functionality and hiding a chart is a relatively new item. But what you are doing is nonstandard and was never contemplated.

So in summary, this is not any kind of new issue. Not at all. Duplicate chart functionality works properly. It always has. It has not changed.
