Hi,

Matching the two-digit year per the method mentioned in my previous communication does not work when observed closely. Further, redundant files (transact platform, charts, etc) were deleted. Additionally, a second instance was installed and is dedicated for the firetip platform for trial testing.

However, the original issue remains which first occured when the TransAct platform and charts were installed last September. The SC all data services feed will download the historical data, but freezes thereafter. Nonetheless, the Forex feed continues to work without issues.

I've performed all the tasks per the instructions to the best of my understanding. I love the charts when they are working, but find it perplexing that my prop group (white label/ Green Chart - Kevin Jones Jr. et al) lacks the knowledge or support staff to resolve the issue. Why am I paying for the monthly white label Green Chart service if they can't help me? Does SC all data services support Futures?

I am presently in day two of my free trial period for the firetip platform. It's frustrating that I cannot test it against Sierra Charts? Why the ongoing issue?

I simply want to trade. Instead, I find myself reading deeper and deeper, to no end, but still lack the technical savvy to resolve this issue. Will someone help me get operational again? Will you do a screen share and resolve the issue?
