I've had this same problem.

I'm using my CQG data connection and there are
actually many charts that will not load data only between the
5:30am-730am (PST United States). I'm using only minute chart bars to
confirm this and they all look like the screenshot I sent previously

I've literally deleted the data for each file over and over. And I'm
positive I've done a full delete in every method your documentation
recommends. I've also manually deleted the scid files through my file
manager in my C drive itself and when the data is reloaded again from
scratch it does the same problem with skipping data in the
aforementioned time period but loading everything else correctly.

Overall, is there some kind of cache record or something that is
causing the same old information to load? As a test I even downloaded
the latest copy of Sierra Chart and simply entered my CQG data login
details and the same problem is happening with data not loading
between 5:30am-730am (PST United States) on the same charts.

I then did a test by logging into a 2nd installation of Sierra Chart
where I have my TDameritrade connection settings and when I load the
charts there it works perfectly as normal so It's not a problem with
my computer time settings or anything.

The problem is only with the CQG login.
