Hi. I'm missing data for some Intraday Charts. Link for screenshot of one of the problem charts, you will notice that it is missing data from 7/7 to 11/27 - http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1511775465614.png Also attached screenshot of 'Global Data/Trade Service Settings'. I have tried doing the following things several times: - Right click on chart, select 'Edit/Download Data - Intraday Chart' - Right click on chart, select 'Delete and Download Datta' - Edit -> Edit/Download Data - Intraday Chart - Edit -> Delete All Data And Download - Edit -> Reload and Recalculate - Edit -> Reload Intraday Charts In the following post I will paste the Message Log. I'm sure I'm making some simple mistake. Thank you in advance for your help. |
