This is a very unusual case and is out of the ordinary. We are able to reproduce it. It has to do with the fact that the symbol uses fractional ticks. Also, Sierra Chart could not be freezing unless your computer is significantly underpowered. What happens is that the chart never finishes loading. We are figuring out a solution.
