Update Sierra Chart to the current version following the instructions here: Software Download: Fast Update If you still have a problem, we need to know the symbol of the chart, and the specific Renko bar settings you are using. We may also need to get the Chartbook you are using. Otherwise, we do not know about an issue like this. We have not heard of it before and have never encountered it ourselves. It also could be due to a data error in the underlying data. Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
