We think this is a Price Display Format and Tick Size issue. We have set this to .01 for these particular spreads. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings The correct data is received, but the decimal point position is apparently not correct on the Quote Board. There should be two decimal places instead of 1. We have let Barchart know about this because these particular settings are set from their definition feed which does not contain the tick size after we have checked.
