I have a trial since Friday, but gabe neen unable to use it, bevause the data is delayed and frozen at the moment of Symbol Lookup.
This is despite the fact that I have provided Sierra with my Interactive Brokers credentials.

In fact the connection has been confirmed and works, but my data us delayed and frozen.

I have checked your data subscription and you do have subscription to the bundle package that covers US market. In fact, if you do not have data subscription, Sierra Chart would not be able pull any data from your account. In other word, as long as you can see data being pulled from your account to be displayed in Sierra Chart, there is no chance the data is delayed data.

When Sierra Charts requests historical data from TWS, it is required to define the 'endTime' and the 'duration' for the historical data period it needs. If the data you see is always somehow "delayed", it is possible that Sierra Charts did not set the 'endTime' properly in its historical data request. I would suggest you check with Sierra Charts directly and confirm if there is any settings on their side that you need to configure so that they always pull data to the moment.
