I use Sierra for charting another platform for trades, I was informed in last support help to update to Sierra software which i did, but Im still having to reconnect and I have done live trades with Rithmic within the last 15 days 15 or more...What do i have to do to fix this Rithmic Sierra staying connected issue thx R
