To Whom It May Concern, One copy of Green Charts (SC white label version) is stored to the hard drive of my computer. A second copy/ instance of SC via the Broker (Transact Futures) was installed and labeled separately via the installation folder. The Data Feed via Transact Futures is working correctly after tech support made some back end adjustments. However, the data feeds via alternative brokers i.e. TD Ameritrade, AMP Futures, NinjaTrader remain frozen, despite selecting the correct service provider and populating the correct username and password per the "Data/Trade Service Settings". Note: The historical data will download, but the market movements and pricing are frozen. The Manager of Green Charts (white label) and Tech Support via the Brokers always point me back to Sierra Charts for assistance. Previous communications with Sierra Charts suggests the issue rests with the Broker. Consequently, I am in the middle, without a solution. Logic would suggest that the data feeds should toggle and work correctly from one broker to another (without freezing). Is there a reasonable solution without having to uninstall and reinstall Green Charts/ Sierra Charts? How is the data feed restored per the broker of choice? I look forward to your reply. Jay
