Thanks for the idea. I tried it and set the chart update interval to 1.9s (aim was to update 1900 daily historical charts 1900 in 1 hour) but it did not solve the problem : I was faced with the hourly limit very soon as the update speed remained the same. i was thninking of using this parameter for the scan problem, but it also failed to solve it (will update the relevant ticket) Maybe Barchart can rethink this hourly limitation : basically, it imply that if one update the EOD data of the NYSE + NQ every day, he is just updating +- 5900 lines of text but he will have to do it on 4 hours.
