What we have done is we have added a small display to the Sierra Chart GSP Bridge program which is used with Zen-Fire that shows the number of messages received. If you update to the very latest version of Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Prerelease you will get this. When you notice when prices on the Trade DOM stop updating, go to the bridge program and see if the message counter is increasing. If it is not increasing there are two possibilities: 1. The data feed has stopped from the server or there is some problem within the Rithmic API which we have no control over. In this case Rithmic will have to help with the issue. 2. There is some overloading of the Rithmic callback thread and the local network socket preventing data from flowing smoothly into the socket. This would seem unlikely but perhaps it is a problem.
