Actually we think we know what the problem is. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. If it is what we think it is, it is solved. The interruption you are seeing has to do with an automatic reconnect to the server which should not be happening. This was due to an internal heartbeat message which was not being sent.
