A chart image would have been enough. The problem is we did not set the Constant Range Scale Mode correctly when testing. There apparently is not an initialization of one of the variables when setting a Constant Range Scale through the Scale Window directly. If you right-click on the Values Scale and set it to Constant Range and then after change the Constant Range Scale Mode to what you are using, you would not have the issue.
