Additional note: For testing the 1613 version - using new chartbooks for each symbol and keeping it very simple (only a trading DOM as the single chart in each chartbook, and a quote board in its own chartbook also), the data seems to stream fine with each test of data disconnect and reconnecting. However, when using the more complex chartbooks with many charts and studies in them, this seems to highlight the issue of not having the live data streamed on reconnects for the YM, ES, RTY.
