Assuming this is accurate, it is a very significant delay, and if you are saying it only happens when the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit is set to 1 Tick, then what we want you to do is to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Advanced>> Intraday File Flush Time in Milliseconds to 10000.

We have never heard of a problem even when that is set to the default of 0.
