Actually we do now understand the nature of the problem. We have to cut back on the number of symbols Sierra Chart is providing data for from this exchange until we switch to their web socket interface. We will try to do the web socket connection in the next couple of weeks. We were also hoping to patch the missing data from Bitcoin Charts data but for some reason they are not providing any historical data from this exchange any longer.
