Hi, There may have been some previous confusion, most likely caused by me, so I'll walk through exactly what I want to do. I work in a prop trading firm and want to use the playback function to review some previous economic figures in certain contracts. I initially brought up CQG, my trading system, thinking of using their data feed with Sierra. This has probably been the cause of confusion. Currently all I have done is download Sierra and am trying to use the playback function but I can't get the intraday data in any contract. My understanding was that Sierra provided all data for me to use the playback feature and I didn't need to contact any broker/data provider. Is this correct? Or do I need to contact one of those providers you mentioned to obtain access to their data? Also do you have a direct email? Thank you |
