Thank you for your reply. I can't use the SMART or IBIS routing because I am not subscribed to other European exchanges that not CHI-X exchange (CHIXDE for Germany DAX30, CHIXEN for France CAC40, etc.) So, as I have to rout my orders and feed through this exchange I tried EOA-STK-CHIXDE-EUR but the result is the same, it doesn't work. As I mentioned in my first post I had to change it to EOA\|CHIXDE to get it to work with Ninja Trader and it is working fine. But now that I'm abandoning NT I need to have stocks working with SC as well. Anyway, I just found out that the same is happening with US stocks too through SMART routing. The charts simply don't load. Any other suggestions, please?
